What inspired you to prioritize fitness in your modeling career, and how do you stay consistent with your workouts?
To maintain healthy body and a healthy life style outdoor activities and going to the gym are the best way to be always in shape and decrease your level of stress.
Can you share a typical day in your fitness routine? Are there specific exercises or practices you swear by? Waking up early, having 3 to 4 healthy home made meals a day to satisfy my body needs of nutrition, workout stretching and drink lots of water , Do what you love. Almost any form of exercise or movement can increase your fitness level while decreasing your stressHow do you balance the physical demands of modeling with maintaining your personal health and well-being? I have a good vision i would just get naked look at my body in the mirror and figure out whats to focus on in the next 3 months to maintain fit balanced body from my perspective i feel modeling requires way less then how i normally workout so i dont worry about it.
What advice would you give to aspiring models looking to build a strong and healthy physique? Listen to your body , eat healthy, drink water, find a motivation, workout, educate your self about nutrition and exercises, follow people you want to be like and make them your own inspiration not to copy them What motivated you to move to LA, and how has the city influenced your career and lifestyle? I’m a very international person always on the move looking for more opportunities, LA is one of the destinations I had always in my plans , the city has so much landmarks to discover, the diversity develops a sense of imagination and thinking that helps to create and come up with new ideas that helps find the creative side in your personality. I’m a very hard worker very focused on my goals in life and I make sure to educate my self about everything gets my attention, on the adverse side i have never changed my life style it have been always the same I make sure that I’m mentally and physically healthy, maybe from time to time some moments of pleasure and fun.
Were there any challenges you faced while transitioning to life in LA, and how did you overcome them? Its always hard to move to a new place, the challenge of finding your own community and get in touch with local people is hard, sometimes language may play a big barrier in developing your career and expressing your self the way you see your self, the miscommunication confuses people and puts you in weird positions sometimes, as a foreigner you might be exposed to some sort of discrimination and contempt What’s your favorite thing about living in LA, and how has the city shaped your perspective on the modeling industry? The weather in LA is one of the reasons I decided to to stay here the beauty of the nature the mix of the beach the desert and the fancy life style motivates me every day to wake up full of high energy ready for new experiences in life, its a great place for networking, good opportunities where you can get in touch with very talented creative people, the entertainment industry here is very big and reach accessibility of meeting very connected people in events and parties makes it very develop your career.
Do you have any tips for someone considering a move to LA, especially for work in the fashion or entertainment industry? LA is absolutely the place to do that, but first make sure that you had done enough research about what you wanna do exactly and set your goals in advance the city is full of opportunity being beautiful sometimes is not enough you need to be smart and consistent.
As a model, how do you maintain a balanced relationship with food while adhering to industry expectations? I personally make my own meals every day i make sure to use good quality and organic ingredients i make diverse meals so my body gets all the nutrients it needs , when it comes to my health i think more as a doctor then as model give your body the full experience of health and delicious food , its very important to know once you eat healthy you care less about how many times you eat a day or following a strict diet
What are your go-to meals or snacks for staying energized throughout the day, and do you have a favorite LA restaurant or food spot? Food produced and consumed within the United States does not typically require “international health” and if its healthy its over priced and you cant trust large producers industry !! I would recommend vegetables and protein bars as snacks.
