Thank you for supporting Desnudo Magazine. Each magazine is custom-printed through our partner Blurb.com, which means returns and refunds are limited.

Damaged or Defective Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email].
  • Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
  • Once approved, we will work with Blurb to send you a replacement copy at no additional cost.

Order Errors

  • Please review your order carefully before purchase, as all sales are final.
  • We cannot issue refunds or accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size/format, or changes of mind.

Shipping Issues

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We’ll open an inquiry with Blurb and the shipping provider. If verified, we will send a replacement copy.

All Desnudo Wear products are printed on-demand through Printful.com, meaning each item is made especially for you when you order. Because of this, returns and exchanges are limited.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email].
  • Provide your order number, photos, and details of the issue.
  • Once confirmed, Printful will send a replacement free of charge.

Wrong Size / Exchanges

  • Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept size exchanges or returns unless the product arrived misprinted or defective.
  • Please check the size guide carefully before purchasing.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided.
  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or address mistakes made at checkout.
