Over the past few years, your presence has grown massively across platforms. When you look at your journey across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, what do you think people are really connecting to in you?

I’m still figuring things out in real time, still searching for purpose, still refining my life. But I think that’s exactly what people connect to. There’s something honest about being in progress. A lot of my audience is on that same path, trying to become their best selves, physically and mentally. If my journey through fitness and modeling can inspire even a small part of that growth, then I’m doing something right.

You’ve built a loyal audience that feels both aspirational and personal. How do you balance authenticity while curating a strong visual identity?

It starts with knowing your energy, your vibe and committing to it fully. Once you tap into who you want to be, you have to embody it without hesitation. Social media doesn’t have a rulebook, and that’s what makes it powerful. There’s freedom in that chaos.

Social media moves fast. What’s helped you stay relevant without losing yourself?

That’s probably been one of the biggest challenges. At the end of the day, it comes down to consistency and staying genuine. People can feel when something is real and when it’s not.

Do you feel pressure to constantly evolve, or is there power in consistency?

Both. Consistency builds trust, but evolution keeps you alive in the space. You have to be willing to adapt while still holding onto who you are.

Your physical transformation over the last 18 months has been striking. What sparked that shift?

Fitness has always been a priority, but with 30 approaching, I wanted to push myself into the best shape of my life. It felt like the right moment to level up.

Beyond aesthetics, how has fitness impacted you mentally and emotionally?

It’s always been my therapy, my escape. I remember never missing a gym day growing up, even on little sleep, telling myself it would pay off one day. Now I can honestly say it changed my life and opened doors I never expected.

Was there ever a moment you realized you were in your best shape?

Honestly, no. It’s funny, I only recognize it in hindsight. I’ll look back at old shoots and realize I looked better than I thought at the time.

How disciplined is your routine, and where do you give yourself grace?

I’ve learned balance is everything. I train six days a week, run a few times, and stay consistent with healthy meals during the week. But I also let myself enjoy life weekends, rest days, going out. That balance keeps me grounded.

Has fitness always been personal, or has it become part of your public identity?

It’s always been public. Even in high school, people thought I was crazy for waking up early to train before work on barely any sleep. It’s just always been part of who I am.
